Milk is not subject in any case to heat treatment during processing.
This type of processing method provides a wide range of flavors and nuances of odorous own native flora of milk.
When used exclusively vegetable rennet, has a thin, elastic and inconsistent bark, ivory off-white, creamy, fatty and slightly bitter taste inside.
Raw materials: 100% RAW GOAT MILK
Ingredients: raw goat milk, vegetable rennet (Cynara cardunculus), milk enzymes and salt.
Cure: 7 days
